Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science/Master of Science in Finance-Financial Planning (B.A. or B.S./M.S.F. - Financial Planning)
The accelerated dual-degree Bachelor of Science/Master of Science in Finance – Financial Planning degree (B.A or B.S./M.S.F. – Financial Planning) is a rigorous, career-focused program designed for students with a passion to become a financial planner.
Program Eligibility:
Students must be a matriculating RSBC undergraduate student in one of the following programs:
B.S. in accounting, finance, human resource management, management, or marketing
B.A. in business administration
Eligible Applicants Must:
Have and maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 at the point of application and through B.S. or B.A. degree completion.
Successfully complete at least two undergraduate quantitative courses with a grade of B or better. Quantitative courses include those in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics. Other courses must b e approved by the director of the program.
Have earned a minimum of 90 credits by the end of their junior year (including applicable transfer credits).
On-campus BS majors and off-campus BBA students must maintain full-time undergraduate status (12 credits) during the fall and spring semesters of your senior dual degree year with at least nine (9) undergraduate credits and three (3) graduate credits included.
Online BBA students must be enrolled in at least six (6) undergraduate credits and three (3) graduate credits during each term of the senior dual degree year.
Successfully complete the bachelor of science/arts degree and be certified for degree upon completion.
